Contributions:
The editorial calendar is planned at least one month in advance. If you wish to contribute an article to a future issue, contact the editor as early as possible. Articles and photographic submissions are due by the first Tuesday of the month prior to publication. Articles submitted after that will be considered on a space-available basis. All submissions are subject to editing for content and space.
Advertising:
Courier ads can be purchased in 1/16, 1/8 and 1/4 page sizes. Contact Leah Pistorius, or view the ad rate sheet (pdf).
Inserts:
We have room for 6 single sheet qualifying inserts in each issue. See the rate sheet (pdf) for full details. Contact Leah Pistorius for a copy of our insert policy and request form. The request and fee are due by the first of the month prior to the issue in which the insert will be included.
Classified advertisements:
Classified ads in the print version of the Courier are free to Cascade members. All ad copy MUST include the area code. All ads submitted must have your name, address, telephone number(s) and, member number, if applicable. If you want your ad to be included in more than one issue, you must indicate as such when you submit your copy.
If you are a business or merchant that participates in Cascade's Member Discount Program you may place one free commercial ad each month in the classifieds. No epics please. The ad should be for a specific event or sale and will not be repeated without new copy. Rides and charity events may be listed elsewhere. The Courier reserves the right to edit all submissions. Deadline for ads is the first Tuesday of the month before publication.

Reprints:
Articles may be reprinted or abstracted in publications of nonprofit groups provided that the author and Cascade Bicycle Club are credited. Please send us a copy of the reprinted material.
