Cyclefest Outdoor Cinema

Join us under the stars for the biggest Tour party on the west coast! For 2005, all three of last year's parties have been combined into one huge blowout at Magnuson Park.
At 6 pm the expanded food court and New Belgium beer garden (over 21 with ID only) open. Feel free to bring your own low-back chairs and blankets to enhance your viewing pleasure! This year, we have doubled the size and staff of the beer garden and food court; you'll be able to enjoy great brews from New Belgium Brewing, plus tasty vittles from Seattle Sausage Company and Athena's Gyros.
From 6:30 - 8:00 pm, enjoy fun live salsa music by Seattle's best: Cambalache, plus other cool contests and prizes. At dusk, a taped mountain stage from the Tour de France is presented on a huge 30' x 45' inflatable screen!
While you’re at Cyclefest, check out the mini bike expo with Whistler Blackcomb’s Mountain Bike Park, Bothell Ski & Bike, Retro Image Apparel, Outdoors NW and more! Be sure to enter the drawing to win your own new high-end Raleigh Prestige road bike, with 10-speed Shimano Dura-Ace components and carbon/aluminum frame. Tickets are only $5 suggested donation and the winner is selected from the night's entries!
But the best news is saved for last: just like the Tour itself, it's open to all-ages and totally FREE! So mark down the date and we'll see you here!
*Please note that, unlike last year, this event happens outdoors on the grass with a huge screen. Kind of like a 50's style Drive-In with Bikes!
